14406 - Administrative Assistant, Financial Reports (onsite) – Palm Beach Garden, FL

Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Garden, FL (required)
• Financial Analyst duties experience (2–5 years);
• Experience with records maintenance and data retrieval/compilation;
• Experience with financial reporting, including budget, variance, and cost tracking;
• Experience with month-end close activities;
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and transaction controls;
• Experience with accounts payable processes;
• Experience with inventory tracking or performance/indicator tracking;
• Experience with KPI/indicator tracking;
Preferred:
• Experience with supervisory duties.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with financial modeling, revenue forecasting and variance analysis to support business decisions
• Support financial impact analysis for operational and strategic initiatives across the business
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management
Maintain financial records, perform data retrieval and compilation for reporting and audit purposes
• Track budgets, costs and variances, and support month-end close activities in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley
• Perform limited accounts payable, inventory or indicator tracking activities as assigned
• Conduct basic research on GAAP, regulatory requirements and financial policies and participate in cross-functional projects related to financial performance
