Hours/Time/Calendar/Pay:  On call as needed/$13.73 per hour/Work hours follow regular school day schedule

Effective:  As needed

Reports to: Building Principal

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google, Skyward, (or relevant student database system).
• Ability to operate office equipment (computer, calculator, copy machine, phone system, and fax).
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents and community members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls daily from staff, parents, other secretaries and administration
• Providing assistance to multiple students, staff, and parents in the office each day
• Day-to-day operational tasks of office management     
• Daily Attendance: phone calls, data entry
• Student Lunch Count: process paperwork
• General letters, memos, and reports as needed and requested
