Job Purpose:
The production company behind hit series Deal or No Deal Island (NBC), Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (ABC), LEGO Masters (FOX), MasterChef (FOX), MasterChef Junior (FOX), Ripley (Netflix), The Summit (CBS), Wipeout (TBS), Como Agua Para Chocolate (Max) and Fear Factor: House of Fear (FOX) is searching for an experienced, highly organized, proactive, and forward thinking Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer.
Essential Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will effectively manage the high-volume desk of the CEO who oversees scripted/unscripted development, production, current programming, and business operations.
Responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
- Serving as a primary point of contact on behalf of the CEO, managing phone calls and emails and interfacing with internal and external partners to facilitate smooth communication
- Complex calendar management, including scheduling pitches, creative/production calls, and meetings with external stakeholders – all while navigating around active production schedules and shifting priorities
- Maintaining an active and up to date call sheet and keeping all contact information updated/current
- Knowledge of the current entertainment landscape, including key industry players, programming trends, and content at networks/streamers
- Tracking expenses and arranging domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, cars, etc.
- Balancing day-to-day administrative responsibilities alongside support for creative projects
- Always handling sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Managing gifting for executives, producing partners, talent, etc.
- Previous assistant experience mandatory
- Previous agency assistant experience highly preferred

Position Compensation:
At Endemol Shine North America, we understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits program and offer a competitive package including paid time off and 401k plan, with a salary of $70,000-$75,000 (Hourly/Non-Exempt) annually for this position depending on experience.
