Overcome Wellness and Recovery is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant to join their team! The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for handling reception duties and for providing clerical support to all program staff. This is a part time position with hours between 20-25 per week, Monday-Friday.
Some of the Job Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include:
- Greeting clients, guests, and employees in a pleasant manner.
- Answering the telephone in a pleasant manner and transferring calls as necessary, ensuring that confidentiality rules are followed when answering the telephone.
- Ensures the reception area is clean and professional looking
- Completes copying and other related tasks for program staff.
- Enters Supervised Drug Screenings and scans other documents into EMR as needed.
- Maintains daily attendance and ensures all clients sign in to the program, and completes weekly attendance reports for the billing department.
- Provides back up coverage to other administrative and support staff as assigned.
- Prepares and edits a variety of documents, correspondence & client communication, presentations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years minimum experience in an administrative support and/or client/customer service role required.
- Strong communication skills needed, including writing proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously while focusing on day to day tasks.
- Knowledge of billing codes and procedure helpful.
