PRIMARY FUNCTION: Bookkeeping of all school activity accounts; purchasing for school/teachers; correspondence for principal/school; record keeping/reporting for school.
PAY GRADE: Classified Salary Schedule N-231 Grade 9 - Salary Range: $38,197.00 to $61,924.00. Salary placement will be based on Douglas County Board of Education approved salary schedules and years of verified experience.
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 231 Days (12 Months)
REPORTS TO: Principal
EDUCATION LEVEL: High school graduate; minimum of three years experience in secretarial and general office work; school experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Routine physical activities that are required to fulfill job responsibilities. Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body; sedentary work involves sitting most of the time; jobs are sedentary if working and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PROFICIENT SKILLS: Computer and bookkeeping/record keeping skills; general knowledge of all office equipment; maintain confidentiality; ability to perform job under pressure; ability to communicate in a professional manner with students, parents, staff, and community both orally and in writing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Essential duties are assigned to the Office Manager based on the needs of the school and may vary from one school to another.

| 2. Maintains all budgeted funds for the school K-12 |
| 3. Handles all professional learning and travel for teachers |
| 4. Enters and maintains all purchase orders for school/teachers |
| 5. Complete workers compensation and FMLA reports for school employees |
| 6. Produces all correspondence for principal/school |
| 7. Process's school records for records center storage |
| 8. Follows written and oral instructions well |
| 9. Enters all maintenance requests for school building |
| 10. Orders all custodial supplies |
| 11. Performs other duties as assigned by the principal |
