As the Administrative Assistant you will report to the Director of Operations.
What you’ll Do:
Microsoft Office Suite – Basic Word and Excel
What You Bring:
Mail invitations, greeting cards, reports, newsletters, etc.
Scan and file paperwork to SharePoint.
Maintain records and filing systems.
Work with Firm members to complete needed administrative tasks.
High School Student or College Student required.
Other administrative tasks as assigned.
