The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support Individual Contributor Engineering Executives, including the Vice President/Distinguished Engineer with our Multichannel Fulfillment and Buy with Prime teams in Seattle, Washington.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing a complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. will need to be able to context switch and prioritize across multiple leaders' offices.
Key job responsibilities
1. Calendar management, including managing meetings with executives across Amazon.
2. Organizing technical community operating mechanisms, including learning sessions, technical review sessions, talent development activities, team syncs, and events.
3. Managing our technical communities' communication channels and communications disseminated across our technical community.
4. Opportunities for program management to improve existing organization processes.
5. Collaborating with the broader organization's team of Executive Assistants to deliver medium- and large-scale events.

- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
