The Role

I run multiple companies. My time is the bottleneck.

Your job is to buy back my time by anticipating needs, removing friction, and keeping priorities focused on the highest-impact work.

You'll work directly with me. You won't be micromanaged. You will be expected to think, decide, and act.

Within your first 30–90 days:

• My calendar and inbox are cleaner, lighter, and more intentional

• Decisions move forward without me being pulled into everything

• Projects don't stall because you're tracking, following up, and closing loops

• Systems improve instead of staying broken
