The Administrative Assistant reports to the Executive Director of
Development and provides administrative support to the Vice President for
Development within University Advancement (UA). This role will interact daily
with high-level external and internal constituents of UA, including the
President’s Office, the Board of Trustees, the offices of senior administrators
across the University, and principal donors, to provide seamless, high-end
customer service. The Administrative Assistant also plays a critical support
role in the cross-functional management of multiple Development teams that
report into the Vice President’s Office.

Also involves extensive independent contact with volunteers,
donors, University officers, administrators, and trustees, as well as their
assistants, to arrange meetings and solicitation calls on the Vice President's
behalf. Performs other related duties as required.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. The salary
range for this position is listed below, with the final salary based on various
factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies,
experience, and internal equity considerations.
Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $52,500 - $65,650. Salary is commensurate
with relevant experience.
