SubroIQ is seeking Claims Administrative Assistant as we continue to grow our team! The Claims Administrative Specialist is responsible for all preparatory work needed before releasing the file to an examiner.is responsible for all preparatory work needed before releasing the file to an examiner.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Capture of essential file elements from our client’s internal system
• Retrieval of relevant documents to support recovery efforts
• Ability to interpret file information and determine the relevance of the information
• Prioritize daily work throughout the day to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Read and interpret client documents
• Understand and execute departmental procedures, alongside all customized client procedures
• Multitask between emails, client databases, SalesForce and excel spreadsheets

Job Requirements: 

• Previous experience with auto insurance or claims environment is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prioritize daily work throughout the day to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Navigate through multiple platforms with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Good typing skills are a must
• Ability and judgement to apply processes and procedures
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to generate imaginative work or ideas that affect simple, routine activities

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary is $18 - $20 per hour (DOE)
