The Executive Assistant to the SVP, Chief Artistic Officer serves as a trusted strategic partner responsible for managing the operational rhythm, priorities, and administrative infrastructure of the Chief Artistic Officer’s office. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires a highly perceptive, organized, and anticipatory professional capable of operating within a fast-paced global luxury and creative environment.
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in protecting the Chief Artistic Officer’s time, enabling creative leadership, and ensuring seamless coordination across the Design Studio and executive leadership team. This individual must be able to quickly assess complex situations, understand shifting priorities, and exercise sound judgment in order to manage competing demands, sensitive information, and high-visibility interactions.
Location: This position is in-person (5 days per week) at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY and requires fluency in both French and English.
SUCCESS CRITERIA

The Executive Assistant must anticipate needs, identify potential conflicts before they arise, and coordinate proactively across teams to support executive decision-making and creative output. Acting as a central point of coordination between the Chief Artistic Officer, Design Management, senior leadership, and internal and external stakeholders, this role ensures the efficient flow of communication, preparation, and logistics required to support the global activities of the office.
Operating in a dynamic environment that includes passionate and dynamic creatives, demanding schedules, international travel, and high-stakes business priorities, the Executive Assistant must remain calm under pressure and serve as a steady, trusted presence within the office. This individual will exercise diplomacy, sound judgment, and confidentiality while representing the Chief Artistic Officer’s priorities and protecting the integrity of the executive’s time, focus, and working environment.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $40.72 - $55.09/ hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal).
Minimum 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate or creative environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong situational awareness and ability to quickly assess complex organizational and interpersonal dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in environments where multiple urgent demands compete for executive attention.
Highly anticipatory mindset with the ability to identify needs, risks, and preparation requirements before they arise.
Strong emotional intelligence and composure when operating in high-pressure environments involving demanding schedules, passionate teams, and tight deadlines.
Absolute discretion and integrity when managing confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
