Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: San Antonio, TX 78233
Schedule: Full-time, The working hours are M-F, 8-5 with hour lunch
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Job Summary: The Ticket Liner is responsible for organizing, processing, and preparing and closing job tickets for HVAC service. This role ensures that all necessary information, materials, and schedules are maintained to facilitate efficient workflow and proper costing of good sold.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review and organize service invoices, change work orders for HVAC work requests.
· Ensure tickets include all necessary job details, materials for costing.
· Ensure tickets have proper coding for Cost of Goods Sold
· Prepare batches for money received or invoices to be billed
· Give Feedback to technicians, and supervisors to address corrections needed when creating service requests.
· Update and track ticket statuses in the system to maintain accurate records.
· Assist with inventory management by ensuring required parts and equipment are allocated for each job.
· Handle administrative tasks related to job ticketing, including data entry and documentation.
· Support customer service teams by providing job updates and assisting with scheduling changes.
Qualifications:
· Experience in HVAC, construction, or a related field is preferred.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, supervisors.
· Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a plus.
· Proficiency in computer systems for data entry and tracking.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Ability to work special projects as assigned
Work Environment:
· Office-based with occasional visits to warehouse areas or accounting department
