The Role: Executive Assistant

As the Executive Assistant, you will act as a true right hand—owning complex logistics, anticipating needs, and ensuring the executive operates at maximum efficiency. You’ll interface across senior leadership and play a key role in keeping priorities aligned and moving forward.

The Day-to-Day
• Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar and high-volume scheduling
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, often on short notice
• Prepare for meetings—briefings, agendas, and follow-ups
• Act as liaison across executives, stakeholders, and external partners
• Manage expenses, communications, and day-to-day executive needs
