We are now taking applications/resumes for an Temporary administrative assistant for the Houma area.  Duties/Responsibilities may/may not be limited to the following:

  • Provide support to managers and employees
  • Assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities.
  • Efficient with data entry
  • Efficient in adobe, excel, and world
  • Duties include answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files.
  • May also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass drug screen
  • Pay: DOE
  • Duration of Job: 2-3 Weeks
