Essential Job Functions:
The TLA Administrative Assistant for Teaching and Learning Purchasing has primary responsibility for budget tracking; purchasing materials and equipment; processing payments; ensuring receipt of materials by appropriate parties; reporting financials; and other duties as assigned. This position will support Teaching Learning and Accountability curriculum leaders and processes approval documents for all certified staff travel. This role is responsible for helping to maintain responsible use of Parkway funds.
