<\/div> - Role Summary: As a Business Administrator, you will work with multiple teams and provide scheduling assistance to Partner Directors. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the organization's operations and ensuring efficient workflow.

<\/b><\/div> - Responsibilities and Duties:
<\/div> - Proactively manage calendars for Partner Directors.
<\/div> - Collaborate with an Executive Administrator on employee onboarding and offboarding.
<\/div> - Assist with headcount management, vendor account management, and distribution and security group ownership.
<\/div> - Support the team with space management, office moves, new hire setup, procurement, and team events.
<\/div> - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
<\/div> - Communicate effectively and build relationships with the business support community.
<\/div> - Embrace cross -functional and cultural teams.
<\/div> - Solve complex problems in a fast -paced environment.
