<\/b><\/div> - Client Overview: We are hiring for a large enterprise tech company that is globally recognized for its innovative technology solutions.
<\/div> - Role Summary: As an Administrative Assistant in our global sales team, you will provide essential support to two General Managers (GMs) by managing their calendars, travel arrangements, expenses, and event support. This role plays a critical part in facilitating smooth operations and ensuring effective communication between our executives and partners.

<\/div>4. What are the key responsibilities?<\/b>
<\/b><\/div> - Responsibilities and Duties:
<\/div> - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events for the GMs
<\/div> - Assist with travel arrangements and process business expenses
<\/div> - Act as a backup for the Executive Admin for GM when necessary
<\/div> - Support international and domestic travel coordination
<\/div> - Provide basic Excel skills for various activities including event support, booking rooms, catering, badges, and logistics support for partner meetings with executives
