Primary Responsibilities

Enter handwritten Safety Relief Valve (SRV) test reports into Excel -based tracking spreadsheets.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to distribution.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Organize and digitally file completed reports.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Send finalized documentation to customers via email.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Maintain structured electronic and physical filing systems.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Communicate with field technicians to clarify handwriting or missing information.
<\/div>
<\/div>
Assist in tracking completed jobs for billing purposes.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and operational information.
