Responsibilities

All accounting and administration functions including but not limited to the following:

• Hire, train, supervise office personnel
• Analyze and organize office operations and procedures
• Prepare a complete monthly financial statement according to dealership guidelines
• Provide timely daily operating control and keep dealer informed about trends
• Ensure all manufacturer accounts are current and accurate
• Prepare all payroll and tax records

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication
• Automotive background is a plus
• Excellent computer skills
• Team player
• Professional appearance
• 2 year accounting/office experience
