Seeking a guest-obsessed, sustainably minded, hyper-organized, and energetic Housekeeping Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to the Housekeeping Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for thorough reporting on all aspects of hotel guest rooms, maintaining tracking systems such as cleanliness scores and guest feedback, and supporting housekeeping leadership with daily operations.
This position plays a key role in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, preparing payroll and schedules, and ensuring accurate processing of gratuities and incentives. You’ll handle incoming calls, coordinate guest and departmental requests efficiently—including dispatch support when needed—and engage graciously with guests to promptly address their needs.
Additionally, you’ll assist in creating performance tracking tools such as checklists and spreadsheets, perform general clerical duties, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry teams to ensure every guest’s in-room experience is truly extraordinary. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience in guest service related role
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Experience in an administrative role, strong organization and technical skills, ability to multi-task and a team player.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
