San Francisco, CA (Hybrid — primarily remote with flexibility to travel 1x/month for 2–3 days)

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced supporting technical founders or C-level executives
• Passionate about building and leading administrative teams
• Highly strategic, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Flexible with travel and shifting priorities
• Polished communicator with strong executive presence

The Day-to-Day

• Provide high-level, strategic support to the CEO—anticipating needs and driving priorities forward
• Manage complex calendars, global travel, and ever-evolving scheduling demands
• Oversee and grow a team of Executive Assistants—mentorship, structure, and scalability
• Act as a thought partner to the CEO on operations, communications, and team coordination
• Travel as needed (approximately once per month) to support in-person meetings and initiatives
