Bilingual Legal Office Manager for a Fast-Growing Immigration Law Firm
We are hiring a bilingual Legal Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing immigration law firm in Lubbock, Texas. This is a true leadership role for someone who can build systems, manage staff, protect the attorney’s time, and keep the office running with precision, accountability, and care.
The right person is proactive, highly organized, financially disciplined, and confident in leading a team. You will oversee office operations, staff performance, billing coordination, reporting, workflow systems, and client experience.

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure the firm runs efficiently and professionally
- Manage vendors, office supplies, maintenance, scheduling, and administrative systems
- Supervise non-attorney staff and hold team members accountable to clear expectations and outcomes
- Lead hiring support, onboarding, training coordination, and performance management for staff
- Maintain employee records, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and HR-related processes
- Ensure the office follows internal policies, workflows, and professional standards
- Oversee billing coordination, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collections follow-up
- Prepare accurate monthly financial and operational reports and flag important variances early
- Coordinate with the bookkeeper, CPA, and other service providers as needed
- Document and improve standard operating procedures so the firm can scale effectively
- Audit team adherence to systems and correct workflow breakdowns quickly
- Help resolve escalated client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and follow-through
- Support bilingual communication and a high-touch client experience in both Spanish and English
- Step in to support reception or intake coverage during absences or transition periods
- 3+ years of experience in office management, legal administration, or operations leadership
- Experience managing people, not just supporting them administratively
- Strong background in billing, financial reporting, accounts management, or office financial controls
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, written and spoken, required
- Experience in a law firm, legal office, or other professional services environment strongly preferred
- Immigration law firm experience is a plus
- Familiarity with legal practice management or case management software such as Clio, MyCase, or similar systems
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with care and professionalism
- Comfortable being measured by performance metrics and operational outcomes
- Stable work history with a track record of ownership and follow-through
