Our client, a family-owned and operated roofing company, is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Answer phone calls and assist customers professionally
Schedule appointments and coordinate job timelines
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel
Manage invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with QuickBooks
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previous administrative experience preferred
