<\/b><\/div> - Responsibilities and Duties:
<\/div> - Manage calendars for two senior directors, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
<\/div> - Coordinate travel arrangements and process business expenses.
<\/div> - Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, and other documents.
<\/div> - Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings.
<\/div> - Supervise general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.
<\/div> - Assist with onboarding and off -site planning.
<\/div> - Collaborate with the talent acquisition team on various tasks.
