Compensation: $28-$33 hourly
The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
When interacting with customers, seeks to deliver exceptional guest experiences by going above-and-beyond. When not interacting with guests, gives priority to helping other team members deliver exceptional guest experiences (e.g., by being highly responsive to their requests for information or assistance that will help them serve our guests).

Performs administrative functions for department/ dealership
Maintains confidentiality of business conversations, correspondence, reports, and records as appropriate
Assists visitors and callers when possible
Answer telephones and takes messages for personnel as assigned
Makes travel arrangements for personnel and maintains record of their itineraries
Handles tasks that need immediate attention in the absence of personnel
Prepares or directs preparation of correspondence, dealership-wide memorandums, forms, vendor reports, and other documents as assigned
Makes arrangements for executive/ board of director meetings and acts as custodian of corporate documents and records, directing preparation and filing of records such as notices, meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions
Sorts, opens, and routes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail for delivery to the post office
Operates and arranges for the maintenance of office equipment such as fax machines, typewriters, computers, and copiers
Cross-trains others for this position as directed by management
Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management
Assists with related special projects as required
Other duties may be assigned.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor is required
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Advanced computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook) a must
Ability to speak multiple languages is always a plus
Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
Must pass pre-employment screens ( background and drug test)
