What You’ll Do
Collect, verify, and match data with high accuracy
Maintain accurate client and billing records
Organize and manage office systems and documentation
Track budgets, expenses, and site inventory
File invoices and administrative paperwork daily
Input and manage data in Excel and internal systems
Assist with purchasing documentation and update purchase orders
Support inventory management processes
Verify data against source documents
Provide general administrative support as needed
What You Bring
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data organization, basic formulas)
2+ years of experience in an accounting or administrative role preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy
Familiarity with bookkeeping and administrative processes
Comfortable working with office systems and equipment
High school diploma or GED required
