OPPORTUNITY:
• Administrative support role for currently enrolled students. • This is an off campus Federal Work Study Position. RESPONSIBILITIES
Community: Team fEMR is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated student to join our team as an Healthcare Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations, assist with scheduling and documentation, and help ensure smooth communication across our projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare administration.
Assist with data entry and organization of project files
Help coordinate meetings, take notes, and track action items
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
Support communication with partner clinics and student interns
Perform general clerical duties such as email correspondence and file management
QUALIFICATIONS:

Below are the minimum requirements of the education, experience, knowledge, and skills required to competently perform in this position. Must be an enrolled student at DeVry/Keller.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be a current student in good standing and possess a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
Must be enrolled in a minimum of six credits per semester.
FWS fund eligible.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed, motivated individuals.
People who sit around, waiting to be told what to do will not do well in this environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive).
Ability to communicate clearly and work independently.
Interest in healthcare, technology, or nonprofit work is a plus.
