Essential Functions
*Coordinate details of class registrations such as answer customer calls, enter data into registration software, arrange for fee payment, and coordinate with facilitators. *Make necessary pre-class arrangements such as room assignments, refreshments and food, prepare instructional materials, order books, set up room, rosters, participant evaluations, certificates, and parking permits. *Assist with other duties such as getting promotional materials ready for print and/or distribution, ordering office supplies, and generating business unit reports. *Process post-class items such as enter attendance into software registration, update email distribution lists from data on completed participant evaluations, place documentation on the LAN . *Process agreements for customers and independent facilitators, prepare food invoices for payment, and coordinate calendars for meetings as needed. *Assist account representatives as needed with contract checklists and customer relations.

Required Qualifications
Associates degree and two years of successful administrative/clerical work. May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
