will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and office
management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, preferably
with experience in a New Jersey -based company. This role requires a proactive
and organized individual who can manage HR functions, support employee
relations, and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities: <\/b>

Human Resources Management:<\/u><\/b>
<\/p>
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
<\/p>
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
processes.
<\/p>
- Handle employee relations, including conflict
resolution and performance management.
<\/p>
- Administer employee benefits and compensation
programs.
<\/p>
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local
employment laws and regulations.
<\/p>
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee
records.
<\/p>
<\/p>
Office Management:<\/u><\/b>
<\/p>
- Oversee day -to -day office operations to ensure a
productive work environment.
<\/p>
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor
relationships.
<\/p>
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and training
sessions.
<\/p>
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking.
<\/p>
- Implement and maintain office policies and
procedures.

Employee Development:<\/u><\/b>

- Identify training and development needs and
coordinate relevant programs.

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

- Support employee engagement initiatives and

Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/p>
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
<\/p>
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably with a New
Jersey -based company.
<\/p>
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
<\/p>
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
<\/p>
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with
discretion.
<\/p>
- Proficiency in HR software (ADP Workforce, ADP Run, Or Heartland) and Microsoft
Office Suite.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
