Position Summary<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

We are seeking a<\/span> <\/span>legal assistant with six or more years of experience to support three attorneys in the land use practice. It is essential that the candidate be well organized, a good writer, and <\/span><\/span>possess<\/span> <\/span>superior administrative skills. Microsoft Office/Word experience <\/span><\/span>required<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

The standard schedule is 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with one hour for lunch (37.5 -hour workweek). This is not a remote role. Primary Responsibilities<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Provide administrative support to attorneys specializing in land use<\/span> <\/span><\/span>matters.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Manage and organize case files, correspondence, and supporting documentation related to land use <\/span><\/span>matters<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Coordinate and track deadlines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Maintain communication with municipal and <\/span><\/span>state<\/span> <\/span>agencies, planning departments, and clients<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Conduct basic legal or factual research to support land use and zoning projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>Monitor and <\/span>maintain <\/span>attorney calendars, docket systems, and projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
