They will collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PDMs) and channel partners to implement key marketing programs, manage operational aspects of marketing programs, monitor channel marketing budgets, and support channel partners in executing marketing activities.

<\/b><\/div> - Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company focused on DPS, team rooms, and devices to support Azure stack HCI and Windows 11 pro.
<\/div> - Role Summary: The Program and Co -Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in assisting with marketing strategies for the DPS team. They will manage marketing programs, co -marketing activities, and business planning to support the growth of Microsoft Teams Rooms.

<\/div>4. What are the key responsibilities?<\/b>
<\/b><\/div> - Collaborate with PDMs to manage key marketing programs and deliver program KPIs such as new customer acquisition and partner recruitment
<\/div> - Manage operational aspects of marketing programs with PMO/Marketing Ops team
<\/div> - Monitor channel marketing budgets and spend
<\/div> - Guide channel partners in executing marketing activities and ensure alignment with marketing program and Microsoft guidelines
<\/div> - Create marketing assets aligned with annual marketing objectives and that can be scaled across the region
<\/div> - Maintain strong working partnerships with channel partners and provide support for branding and marketing programs
<\/div> - Create monthly Teams Rooms newsletters to partners
<\/div> - Support PDMs with ad hoc requests, especially for big bet events
<\/div> - Review marketing executions and communicate results to key stakeholders
<\/div>
<\/div>5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?<\/b>
<\/b><\/div> - MUST -Have Skills and Qualifications:
<\/div> - Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training
<\/div> - 5 -7 years of related experience
<\/div> - Minimum 2 years of experience with communication
<\/div> - Minimum 2 years of experience with customer relationship management
<\/div> - Minimum 2 years of experience with strategic planning and organizational skills
<\/div>
<\/div> - Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
<\/div> - Experience with program management and co -marketing
<\/div> - Self -starter with prior marketing experience
<\/div> - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
<\/div> - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
