Job Description Summary
Provide administrative assistant support to a multitude of departmental services and initiatives including, but not limited to the online learning program, faculty professional development activities and programs, as well as assistance with general office/program operations.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Two years experience in a similar position Current computer competency, proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an ability and desire to maintain up-to date technical skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced office and regularly manage priority changes
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM
