We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Front Desk/Office Coordinator in our real estate office. In this multifaceted role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our team members, clients, and vendors, and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
- Greet visitors, agents, employees, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner and assist them as needed.
- Complete daily data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor transactions for compliance.
- Keep the office area tidy and supplies stocked.
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as organizing, copying, and filing, etc.
- Ensure that incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries are managed appropriately.
- Learn and understand our software programs to act as a resource for our sales agents.
- Assist with onboarding new agents to familiarize them with the office procedures.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Data entry experience with an eye for detail.
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
- A genuine willingness to help others.
- Willingness to continually grow and learn.
- Experience with Excel/Word/Google Sheets/Google Docs.
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or a GED.
