Location: Oak Brook, IL | Professional Services | Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
The ACE Consulting Group is partnering with one of our valued clients in the Oak Brook area to hire a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant. This Administrative Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly, supporting leadership, and ensuring day-to-day administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting office operations, coordinating communication, and assisting with various administrative responsibilities. The ideal Administrative Assistant is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to office leadership and team members
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
• Maintain filing systems and office records
• Assist with data entry, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
• Coordinate office supplies and support general office operations
• Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office environment
• Support internal teams with administrative and project-related tasks
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar administrative role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
