What You’ll Do:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing sensitive information, coordinating complex schedules, and driving efficiency across a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The right candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support to the CCO:
Coordinate complex travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
Manage and prioritize the CCO’s schedule and calendar
Act as a liaison and communicate on behalf of the CCO regarding internal initiatives and projects
Research and prioritize time-sensitive issues with discretion and sound judgment
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters
Project and Office Coordination:
Manage a wide variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and document preparation
Coordinate internal meetings, draft communications, and disseminate meeting minutes
Handle data entry, scanning, and digital filing needs
Ensure timely and accurate report generation and distribution
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification a plus
2+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
Must be fluent in English
