About the Company:
We are a mental health company merging top-tier therapeutic care with remote accessibility. Our mission is to make mental health support accessible and effective through both insurance and private-pay clients.
Role Overview:
To own execution across our marketing and referral channels. The primary purpose of this role is to generate a consistent flow of qualified clients entering intake so clinician caseloads can be filled predictably as the practice scales.
This is an execution-first growth role, not a senior strategy, branding, or social-only position. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning paid ads, funnels, and lead generation while producing clear, trust-building marketing assets aligned to women’s mental health.
Due to the nature of our audience and brand focus in women’s mental health, female candidates are strongly preferred.
