Job Summary
To provide administrative support to Accounting Services and Procurement and Contracts. Primary duties include: Scan and manage documents such as contracts, renewals, modifications, invoices, and supporting information. Perform general office support functions to include filing, answering the phone, greeting customers, keying data, processing incoming mail, etc. Grant fiscal year approvals on eVA purchase requisitions. Run reports from eVA. Utilize eVA to research and analyze vendor awards. Test eVA upgrades. Assist with monthly Small Purchase Charge Card reviews by monitoring transactional data to ensure compliance with all SPCC regulations, policies, and procedures as defined by the Virginia Department of Accounts.
Required Qualifications
Ability to work independently. Working knowledge of general office procedures. Ability to use current technology effectively including software, computers, scanners, copiers, and general office technology. Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Banner Extender, Cobblestone, or other electronic storage software systems.
