We are currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to support our Senior Staff & Mid-Management, all reporting into the senior Managing Director. This position will report to three managers
Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to the 3 managers. You will work closely with all three managers and senior staff plus interaction with internal and external customers. Contribute in a team of highly committed professionals whose organizational and communication skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, meeting planning and other administrative business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars
- Coordinate meetings
- Plan complex travel
- Interact with internal and external customers
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Manage supplies and other indirect purchases
- Share information with other admin assistants
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative capacity supporting Senior Staff with travel planning, calendar coordination
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce and Outlook

- Administrative assistant experience
- Associate's degree preferred
