Department: Sheriff
Grade: 130
Salary: $20.60/hour
Job Duties:
- Assists in the actual registration of convicted sex offender.
- Maintains MULES, REJIS, and other certifications to conduct registration and coordinate compliance investigation.
- Works closely with surrounding Missouri agencies, including the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the United States Marshall Service and other state agencies.
- Audits each sex offender file, updates in house reporting system and statewide MULES database to accurately reflect convictions.
- Provides administrative services in criminal cases.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a High School diploma or GED
- One year of experience in business or a related field
- Must possess/maintain appropriate certifications for assigned department
- Depending on the needs of the assigned department, certification as a Notary Clerk may be required.
- Must submit to and pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
