Taking notes in meeting and assisting with presentations Requirements: To be considered, you must have a CURRENT/ACTIVE TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance 5 years of office administration; 2 years supporting a GO/SES; and 2 years working in DoD Experience providing a wide variety of the administrative support services, including but not limited to scheduling meetings and engagements; maintaining calendars; arranging travel; planning, coordinating, and facilitating meetings and events; managing supplies and equipment; preparing, managing, and coordinating taskers; and assisting the client managing projects Experience supporting the developing of correspondences, presentations, reports, and other professional documents Excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, critical thinking, and leadership courage.
