<\/div> - Role Summary: As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the lead executive assistant for the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations and delivering high -quality administrative services.

<\/div>4. What are the key responsibilities?<\/b>
<\/b><\/div> - Assist the lead executive assistant with day -to -day executive office operations
<\/div> - Manage centralized shipping for the local team
<\/div> - Maintain storage room inventory and ensure its proper organization
<\/div> - Update and maintain the organization's distribution list
<\/div> - Develop a deep knowledge of the overall business group strategy and act as an information resource
<\/div> - Partner with the lead space planner to manage space for the organization
<\/div> - Handle centralized facilities requests and maintain the building's interior
<\/div> - Provide support to the executive office local team
<\/div> - Resolve customer requests and host business guests
<\/div> - Coordinate lunches for meetings and offsites
<\/div> - Prepare birthday cards for LT admins and members
<\/div> - Serve as backup onsite support for admins when needed
<\/div> - Support intern operations during intern season
<\/div> - Participate in the GIVE Campaign v -team

<\/div>5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?<\/b>
<\/b><\/div> - MUST -Have Skills and Qualifications:
<\/div> - Minimum 1 year of previous Microsoft experience
<\/div> - Minimum 5 -7 years of experience with executive admin duties
<\/div> - Proficient skill level in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
<\/div> - Strong written and verbal communication skills
<\/div> - Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
<\/div> - Business Administration degree or related field
<\/div> - Previous experience supporting a CVP in an executive office
<\/div> - Experience supporting a large organization
<\/div>
