Summary:
Provides high-level administrative support in association with and as directed by department leaders and/or the general manager. Administrative support includes, but is not limited to, the following departments: Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, Events and Marketing.
Essential Duties:
- Performs various secretarial duties for department leaders such as filing, answering phones and taking messages, handling information requests, data entry and other similar tasks.
- Performs clerical duties including data typing, copying, and taking minutes at meetings. Orients visitors to the department and/or facility.
- Distributes daily mail and maintains filing system to include databases and creating and maintaining online files.
- Completes special projects and related duties as assigned.
- Weekend availability is preferred in order to assist with events.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to five years of secretarial experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous experience working for senior level manager and/or supporting multiple managers.
