McLaughlin Research Corporation (MRC) is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will support our corporate office in Keyport WA. 

• Provide administrative support to a team in a fast-paced office environment.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, appointments, and conference room scheduling.
• Monitor, respond to, and follow up on email inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls and correspondence, including emails, memos, and mail, while maintaining professional communication with employees, customers, and visitors.
• Maintain digital databases, filing systems, and confidential company records.
• Scan, organize, update and archive documents to support office operations and ensure records are easily accessible.
• Process purchase requisitions and employee expense vouchers accurately and efficiently.
• Manage monthly invoices and coordinate vendor payments.
• Track, organize, and collect employees’ weekly and monthly accomplishment logs, ensuring documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Monitor office supply inventory, place orders, and coordinate vendor deliveries.
• Assist employees and visitors with navigating the company website and intranet, providing guidance on available resources and information.
• Support ad hoc projects, committees, and team events as needed.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
• High attention to detail.
• Self-starter with excellent anticipation skills; problem solving; follow up.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Prefer 5+ years of experience
