TITLE:            ANTICIPATED SPECIAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT SECRETARY

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma or equivalent training
2. Experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
3. Proficiency in office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
4. Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
6. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
7. Ability to follow up, detail-oriented, and ability to deal with many issues concurrently.
8. Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.
9. Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment.

Salary Range:
$57,625 - $65,325 +Tier 1 SS Secretary $3,000
