Are you an organized, people-focused professional who loves keeping leaders on track, building relationships, and making meaningful work happen behind the scenes? At LifeScape, your administrative expertise can help create life-changing opportunities for the children and adults we serve.
LifeScape is seeking a personable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant – Foundation to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Foundation President and Foundation and Volunteer Services teams. This is more than an administrative role—it's an opportunity to be a trusted partner to executive leadership, connect with generous donors and community leaders, support our Foundation Board of Directors, and help advance the mission that makes LifeScape special.
In this dynamic position, you'll be at the center of the action, balancing competing priorities, coordinating meetings and special events, preparing executive communications and presentations, managing schedules and projects, and ensuring important details never fall through the cracks. You'll also help cultivate meaningful donor relationships through thoughtful communication and personalized expressions of gratitude. Whether you're collaborating with senior leaders, coordinating Board activities, or speaking with a donor who has a question, your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail will make a lasting impression.
At LifeScape, our mission is at the heart of everything we do. Through healthcare, education, and support services, we help children and adults with disabilities and complex needs reach their greatest potential. The Foundation plays an essential role in making that mission possible by connecting generosity with meaningful impact.
As the Executive Assistant – Foundation, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships, support purposeful leadership, and contribute to work that changes lives. If you're someone who anticipates needs, brings people together, and finds satisfaction in making every detail count, this is your opportunity to turn your administrative strengths into something truly meaningful.
