| Position Highlights | The School of Art at the University of Arizona invites applications for Administrative Assistant. Applicants should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Doodle Poll, and database management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for front office coverage, general administrative duties, managing the Director's calendar, occasional travel coordination, and some event assistance. This position reports to the Administrative Support Manager and Director. Applicants should also demonstrate strong organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to perform and thrive in a multi-tasked environment is a must. We are seeking candidates with a positive attitude, initiative, resourcefulness, sound judgment, and ability to distinguish priorities and work independently or in a group with minimal supervision. This role will have a direct supervisory role over student workers. The person occupying this position will be joining a dynamic school with approximately 50 faculty and staff. | Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report | In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses. These reports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims.
