About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you will provide high-level support to company leadership while overseeing day-to-day office operations. You'll serve as a trusted partner, keeping schedules organized, priorities aligned, and the office running seamlessly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the center of a dynamic team, takes pride in attention to detail, and is known for being responsive, dependable, and solutions-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and anticipating scheduling conflicts
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication
- Coordinate meetings, team gatherings, offsites, and company events
- Support travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting for leadership
- Oversee office operations including vendor management, office supplies, facilities coordination, and workplace experience initiatives
- Help establish and maintain organized administrative processes that improve efficiency across the organization
- Partner closely with leadership on special projects and ad hoc requests
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming, organized, and reflective of the company culture
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Ideal Candidate:
- 1 - 4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar support role
- Strong calendaring and scheduling experience with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and follows through with minimal direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Responsive, dependable, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced technology environment
- Positive, service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to supporting executives and teams
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and common workplace productivity tools
