We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and professional Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support for two senior leaders and their leadership team within the Enterprise Strategy and Administration organization. This Administrative Assistant will support our Head of Strategic Financial Initiatives Executive, and our Chief of Staff to the CEO. This role serves as a trusted business partner and plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day leadership activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, arranging travel, processing expenses, supporting business initiatives, and providing exceptional administrative partnership in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high degree of discretion, judgment, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
The ideal candidate will possess business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, a track record of anticipating needs, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of responsiveness and commitment to supporting business priorities and leadership needs. While standard business hours are expected, occasional schedule flexibility may be required, including arriving early, staying later than normal business hours, or adjusting work schedules to support executive meetings, leadership events, travel coordination, business reviews, and other critical business priorities. The successful candidate will maintain a regular in-office presence to support senior leaders, leadership team activities, business meetings, and collaboration across key stakeholder groups.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
