Location: New York City | Flexible 4-5 days onsite
Compensation: 130-200k+ DOE, Benefits, Profit Sharing

The OpportunityA highly respected and influential investment firm is seeking a strategic, and deeply service-oriented Executive Assistant to support two confidential senior executives. The RoleThis position will serve as a true strategic partner to two senior executives, helping to drive efficiency, organization, and seamless day-to-day operations. The Executive Assistant will manage complex scheduling needs, coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones, and anticipate priorities before they arise. This individual will play a critical role in keeping the executives focused, prepared, and operating at a high level.
The Day-to-Day
- Provide strategic executive support to two senior executives within a dynamic investment environment
- Manage highly complex and ever-changing calendars, prioritizing competing demands with discretion and sound judgment
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Prepare executives for meetings by ensuring schedules, logistics, and materials are organized and thoughtfully managed
- Handle travel coordination, expense management, and administrative operations with precision and efficiency
- Serve as a trusted partner and extension of the executives while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests while proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows
