Your Impact: As the Program Support Administrator at Crossnore Communities for Children, you will serve as a critical operational partner to the Chief Program Officer (CPO) and the Program Leadership Team. This is a high-level administrative and operational support role - not a direct service or teaching position. Your work happens behind the scenes, ensuring leaders are prepared, priorities move forward, and communication flows effectively across the organization.

Education/Experience/Licensure:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of full time experience required in administrative operational functions including general office tasks, calendar scheduling, record keeping, with knowledge of finance, and task management.
- Experience supporting Program and Executive level teams/individuals required.
- Experience with social services organizations, schools, or medical fields is highly preferred.
- A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered.

Program Support & Leadership Coordination
- Manage daily workflow of the Chief Program Officer (CPO) to ensure priorities move forward
- Serve as a key liaison between the CPO, Program Leadership Team, and stakeholders

- Coordinate and track projects using tools like Monday.com

Hiring Range: $50,000 to $58,000 annually
